Free Shipping and Returns
- Luxury Bath Collection offers Free Shipping on all orders delivered within the contiguous United States or freight carrier if the product is over-sized.
- Expedited shipping is available for an additional cost. You can request a quote on expediting your shipment during checkout. Your order will be placed on hold until we can reach you by phone to confirm options and pricing. Requests for next day delivery must be confirmed by 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday - Friday and Sunday (excluding holidays).
- Orders will leave the warehouse within 5 business days of order being placed (typically within 24 hours). If your order is not in stock, then a member of our sales team will contact you and give you a revised delivery date. At this point you have the option to withdraw the order if you are unable to wait for the item.
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will incur freight charges and the shipping fees for those deliveries are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping charges are calculated after the order is submitted, so your order will be placed on hold until we can reach you by phone to confirm pricing.
- General returns on undamaged and unused items may be made within 30 days. We do not charge a restocking fee (even when we incur one from a supplier), however the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please ensure everything is returned in its original condition, this includes packaging, manuals, accessories, original crate etc.
- Factory defects must be reported within 30 days of receipt. Please inspect your product in a timely matter to insure you identify factory defects in the allotted time.
- Shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours. It gets reaaally painful for all of us when we try to make claims outside that window. Help us fix the problem quickly for you.
- All returns require return merchandise authorization (RMA) from our company. No returns will be accepted without this number. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain an RMA number. Please note that returns without an RMA number will NOT be processed for refund.
- Unless your item is received damaged, or there was some error on the seller’s part, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. There may be additional shipping and handling fees for items that have free outbound shipping.
- Returns will be inspected by seller once received, if item or packaging is deemed unusable, seller reserves the right to deduct from the refund amount.
- Refunds will not be issued in full for items damaged in return shipping or returns that are never received, we highly recommend that you insure and obtain tracking information for all return shipments and provide email@example.com with the shipment tracking number.
- For sanitary and safety concerns, we do not accept returns on any units that have been installed or prepped for installation.
- Shower units must be installed by a licensed plumber and electrician, or it will void the warranty of the unit from the manufacturer. The purchaser of the shower unit accepts full responsibility and liability for its proper use, operation, and installation. This unit is not to be used for commercial purposes. The purchaser also agrees to hold harmless and indemnify us from any actions, lawsuits, judgments, and liability claims arising from the use of these products.
- PLEASE THOROUGHLY INSPECT YOUR SHIPMENT UPON RECEIPT WITH THE DELIVERY AGENT. IF ANY DAMAGES ARE FOUND THAT ARE DETRIMENTAL TO THE PRODUCT, PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT THE SHIPMENT. PLEASE NOTE THE DAMAGES ON THE DELIVERY RECEIPT AND REFUSE THE DELIVERY. Please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange shipment of another unit.
- You may choose to cancel your order within 24 hours if the order has not been shipped yet; however, orders are usually shipped out within 24 hours.
- If an order has been shipped out and you choose to cancel while the order is in transit (the order has shipped from our warehouse), you will have to pay for the rerouting shipping fee.
